“Booking process was trouble-free and I was kept advised on progress before the operator (Nick) arrived. He was friendly and arrived on time. He explained what he was doing and because a replacement part was required, he arrived right on time the following morning. Well done !!”

“Excellent service engineer knew what the problem was as soon as I explained it to him came out the same day unlike british gas who could not come out for 3 days .........unless I had a health problem or was very old!!!........”
