“I was pleased with the service. It was an emergency 2 days before Christmas. I was told up front what the cost would be, kept informed by text of the waiting time and a plumber turned up in about an hour or so. He seemed to know what he was doing, fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and it has not recurred as yet! All in all it was exactly what we needed.”

“Waited a while call out 12- 2 didn't arrive till 4-15 a phone call to say plumbers were running late would of been good otherwise service good”

“It was reassuring to have someone answer the telephone instead of an answering machine and to have an immediate answer when we could have an engineer call. The engineer was very helpful - thank you”

“Very pleased indeed. Was here on time. found the problem with the timer and replaced with a new one. Heating and hot water now working perfectly. With the bad weather (snow), I was expecting having to wait until the new year for a plumber. Excellent service. Give our thanks to the very pleasant young man who came.”
