“Received my order next day which is greatly appreciated. My apollo air pro came with Broken charging dust plug even though it was brand new bike i had to sent many messages regarding it for a replacement, They sent wrong replacement, customer service is useless and not willing to help very unprofessional.”

“The OneWheel XR has been a wonderful addition to our family's time together!! The company was extremely helpful when we had initial questions and even used non-branded tape so the box wasn't identifiable when it arrived!! Our 11year old received this for Christmas and is now actually asking to go out on 'rides' rather than try to avoid any suggestion of a bike ride!! His OneWheel is so much fun, very cool and looks awesome - especially in the dark!!”
