“Happy to say that my experience with Ride and Glide has been a positive one. I had initially experienced a couple of issues that I believed were to turn out to be a nightmare, however, this wasn't the case, the polite people at Ride and Glide addressed my concerns in a timely manner and kept me up to date with the progress of my return at regular intervals. Its very difficult to find a good company, one you can trust, one with integrity.. as a result of my interaction with Ride and Glide, even though initially problematic, after a quick resolution, I returned to purchase my partners scooter from them. I'm a happy customer with a quality product from what I now consider to be a reputable entity! Thank you Ride and Glide for your service!”

“I ordered my one wheel xr from ride + glide and they kept me up to date with how the order was doing ( it was on back order but i only had to wait for under a week!). They’re customer service was brilliant, and very fast shipping. Thanks guys!”

“The Super 73 is a brilliant machine and you can't help having a big cheesy grin on your face wherever you go. Racked up over 100 kms in the first weekend but after two weeks it started having some issues. These guys got it collected within half an hour of me saying it was ready to return and had it back with me less than a week later in time for the bank holiday weekend. They were really clear about what they were doing to sort stuff out and when I would get my bike back. Excellent customer service - really glad I bought through R&G...”

“I ordered a Pint on back order and Ride + Glide were initially responsive letting me know that they expected delivery over the next day or two. However, after a week I hadn't heard anything more so I followed up. Almost immediately they sent my order out via next day delivery. Overall I'm happy with the service at Ride + Glide, and I'm really enjoying my Pint so far!”

“Excellent customer service and rapid delivery. Absolutely love my super 73. SG I was a bit nervous about ordering a bike I had not ridden or seen in the flesh. I've had the bike for 4 days now and done 70 miles on it. I absolutely love it. My kids like being on the back too. If you are worried about buying one, just do it. You will not be disappointed.”

“Excellent customer service. They assisted me with a query about the Zero 9 and were very knowledgeable about the product and manufacturer. They are one of the primary dealers of the Zero brands and service them. They even said that I can post it to them if I needed it servicing any time. There are a number of videos online for the Zero scooter brand which gives guidance on servicing too so seems to be a well supported brand. Unpacked my Zero 9 this evening and there is a real sense of a quality build. Currently on charge and can't wait to take it for a blast. Delivery time was fast too received in 48hrs. Very highly recommended!”

“Bit of a late review this, I received my Onewheel back end of 2019, but I wanted to make sure I shared my positive vibes. I pre-ordered my OR Pint in August and there were long delays in getting the first shipments from the US. Pete was great the entire time, kept in touch, always on hand to answer questions, and obviously everything was way beyond R+G's control. When it arrived, they got it to me pronto and I love it. Can't recommend the guys enough. x”
