“Great Service! I bought a Onewheel Pint from Ride + Glide. It was out of stock everywhere in the UK, they kept me informed every step of the way and let me know as soon as they were back in stock and dispatched it next day delivery. Particular thanks to Tash for excellent service and tips on learning to ride the onewheel.”

“I Ordered a One wheel X-R online and had a few queries about my order. The customer support crew responded immediately to reassure me. The One wheel arrived the next day and I was up and gliding that afternoon. A fantastic piece of equipment. Couldn’t be happier with the One wheel or the service from the ride + glide team.”

“Ordered super 73 S2 on Saturday delivered Tuesday few issues with DPD care of package was shocking. Bike was in good order, just waiting for free cover to arrive. Been waiting for email response all day hopefully they will respond soon. 👍🇬🇧”

“We purchased our Super73 from Ride + Glide last year and could not be happier. Recently, they surpassed all expectations yet again when we turned to them for a replacement charger (I had unbelievably thrown ours away by accident). Amazing value - far cheaper than anywhere else online Incredible, efficient service - shipped to us within 24 hours & always very friendly. Great company.”

“Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, honourable and everything that has been said before. I ordered my one wheel at 1545 and I was riding at 1350 the following day. Amazing service. Highly recommend the company and don't even get me started on the benefits of a One Wheel XR. They should be available on prescription. Thank you.”

“Did the Live Chat on the website the other week, as I saw there was no stock & true to the reply, as they were waiting on stock due to Brexit. Ordered my Onewheel Pint Ultimate Bundle on at 4:15 pm as soon as I noticed it back in stock, it came next morning at 11:25, fastest service ever. Everything came together & correct spec, no missing parts or anything. Had my first go on it that evening & loving the float life. I’m looking forward to improving, exploring & having some adventures that await. Well done Ride + Glide :)”

“Really friendly and knowledgeable. They recognize buying an eboard a big purchase and really make sure they answer all your questions and make you feel confident. I bought a OneWheel Pint from them and went to pick it up as we live nearby. Spoke to a guy called Pierre who was super friendly and helpful. Would happily recommend them to anyone else looking to get a Onewheel or similar genuinely some of the best customer service I've experienced.”

“Their experience dealing with us as customers is so refreshing, I purchased my Thunder from another UK supplier, their customer service is non existent apart from when they take payment. Ride + Glide, Peter and Pierre have been fantastic to do business with, its reassuring. They are my first port of call, I have given all other UK suppliers a chance, they have all failed to deliver. How the hell did I miss Ride + Glide. I'm waiting my next day delivery for Ultra 2. This review deserves posting before i have received my Ultra 2 which i will update as and when. But I'm that confident and at ease with Ride + Glide PS This review was from my own experience”

“The service was perfect as i ordered my Onewheel xr and it arrived at my doorstep 26 hours later. Ready to use out of the box. I also got a nice amount of R+G stickers which ive pasted over the board and my phone in support. Fantastic experience.”

“Brilliant company, answered all my questions before I made a purchase and when an accessory I ordered wasn’t available they gave me a different colour of the accessory for free while they wait for the one I ordered to be in stock. Great company would 100% recommend.”

“Ride + glide have been so helpful during my purchase off an onewheel XR (which I highly recommend as you won't be disappointed best money I've spent) as I am in northern Ireland I was concerned about purchasing due to covid 19 but they asured me that they could get the board delivered. Ordered Friday and was here on Monday I would highly recommend dealing with ride + glide first class service thanks”
