“Order my Dualtron mini on Wednesday as said it turn up next day with free helmet forgot to include my fast changer but said will pack once up and send out ASAP great service just need to try the Escooter now”

“Great service, took the plunge and ordered my Onewheel Pint, added a few extras one item was out of stock (colour) so the guys phoned me and offered alternatives. Ordered on a Friday and dispatched same day, arrived Monday, believe it would have been next day if it was a week day. Can’t fault the team at Ride & Glide. Will certainly be purchasing additional accessories from them in the near future.”

“I was happy with the promptness of my delivery, the only thing I will say is my rear fender was the same size as my front fender, but the damaged rear fender I removed from my Zero 10X electric scooter was wider, so I am not sure if the incorrect part was sent out, the part still fit satisfactory, so that may remain a mystery, but I was generally happy with my ride + glide experience.”

“My original review was 1 star due to miss communication with the company. However, the problem with my faulty scooter was quickly rectified with no quibbles with excellent customer service. My scooter is now back up and running perfect. Amy and Pete were the ones that assisted from start to finish. Great communication and friendly characters. Cheers guys.”
