“Very impressed with the service R&G offered. My order was small, but it arrived by courier next day with no postage costs - amazing! I bought the wrong size, annoyingly, so I’m hoping they’ll honour the refund. I’m not sure they knew of my scooter brand, or which inner tube it needed, but there are so many out there and they still offered me support. I’ll certainly be back!!”

“Having received the items ordered fast I was initially happy with R+G ... Upon fitting the steering damper kit for my zero10x I was met with incorrect Bolts ! The Bolts to fit the main plate onto the deck were to short by about 5-10mm. and would not bite into the original threaded holes on the 10X deck ! I managed to find suitable bolts in my workshop so no problem! However I thought I'd give R+G the feedback so other customers don't suffer the same disappointment ! Did I hear a single word from R+G !? NOPE ! Rude !!”

“Before buying a vsett 8 i had a couple of questions for ride n glide about it's power,and this was on bank holiday Monday .i got a quick response with what I wanted to know. The following Friday i was ready to order.I phoned to check their stock and was ready to order and was unexpectedly told i would receive my scooter tomorrow.happy days.R nG said you will receive a message from dpd with a time,which was bang on. 100% reliable are RnG.I couldn't believe I was out cruising 30 hours after ordering💓💓💓💓”

“Excellent speedy and reliable delivery. Would have been great to full u sweat and the bundle options for the product I bought because I’ve found out afterwards that I should have bought a package rather than individual components for a better deal. But this was my error I guess! All round impressive.”
