“I purchased a helmet which had incorrect sizing. I received a call from Pierre straight away in response to my email. The helmet was collected the same day and a replacement received the next. Excellent service all round. Thank you.”

“The guys at Ride + Glide were so helpful and communication was super quick! They helped me with any questions I had and shipping was way quicker than expected. Would definitely recommend these guys and will be using them again in the future! Also, if you're on the fence about buying a OneWheel, just get one - they're amazing.”

“An excellent experience Had a issue with my scooter when it arrived which was no fault of ride&glide, contacted the guys and they quickly arranged for it to be collected and sent away to be diagnosed, repaired and sent back within a week which I think is pretty awsome. This coupled with them sorting a cheeky little helmet upgrade has left me more than willing to use R&G again. If only they stocked upgrades”

“I bought a Dualtron Ultra from Ride & Glide, but on the first ride it broke due to a cable coming loose inside the scooter. The team were absolutely amazing at fixing my issue, and even though I got a full refund for my scooter, I will be purchasing a Super 73 from them in the summer. 10/10 customer service !”

“I took a trip down to Ride+Glide to collect my Pint. I had a quick demo ride round the car park on the demo model to see how it felt, all being good I purchased a Pint with accessories. Pete was very helpful. I did have an issue with my Pint foot sensor right out of the box, & I then needed to send it off to USA inmotion. The process wasn’t too painful & turnaround was quick enough. “I order my OW Pint Monday night and it arrived today (Wednesday) I am so happy with product and very impressed with the company aswel as id ordered wrong colour handle and I called them up and was no issues they was happy help and fixed the problem so customer service is great and very friendly will definitely be using this company again and I recommend them to anyone who asks where they can get an OW or similar product”

“Got my one wheel 2 days ago from ride and glide, called before purchasing to get some info and was advised nicely by Pete. Onewheel came super quick with everything needed. Up to 25 miles already and loving it would recommend and will use again, thanks guys!”

“I ordered my onewheel pint Sunday night (11:30pm) and it arrived Tuesday (1pm)! And it was cheaper than ordering from onewheel direct! They were extremely friendly and responded fast on Instagram when I asked about how much charge they come with. Will definitely be returning!”

“I have been after a OneWheel electric skateboard for years,I stumbled across Ride + Glide by complete accident,got in touch and was riding my fantastic +XR within the week. I dealt with Pierre who answered all my questions and was a joy to deal With,the product arrived to Donegal,Ireland in perfect condition. “The guys at ride and glide really give you their time. Having spoken to them on a couple of occasions I had the confidence to place an order without a test drive or even seeing the Zero 10X. Received in the estimate delivery slot and boy was I pleased when I saw it, this scooter doesn’t disappoint! Great quality, smooth with insane performance. It’s a fast learning curve, I’m a total novice (use to high performance motorcycles) but this scooter is so stable and responsive, it’s amazing fun. Thanks”

“Happy to say that my experience with Ride and Glide has been a positive one. I had initially experienced a couple of issues that I believed were to turn out to be a nightmare, however, this wasn't the case, the polite people at Ride and Glide addressed my concerns in a timely manner and kept me up to date with the progress of my return at regular intervals. Its very difficult to find a good company, one you can trust, one with integrity.. as a result of my interaction with Ride and Glide, even though initially problematic, after a quick resolution, I returned to purchase my partners scooter from them. I'm a happy customer with a quality product from what I now consider to be a reputable entity! Thank you Ride and Glide for your service!”
