“Bought an Ebike from ride + glide (Watt Brooklyn) which I am VERY happy with.The staff are friendly and very helpful before/after purchase.The bike was well packed and arrived the next day.There was a slight scratch on the seat post but as this bike was nearly £300 cheaper than my local shop and all important components are in perfect working order, I am not complaining. I did get a puncture on my first (12mile) ride to work, the manufacturers choice tyres are a bit thin but I was impressed by the performance and grip they delivered in very wet conditions. Assembly was easy with all required tools provided, so just had to attach the pedals L/R the handlebars and make finer adjustments. Unfortunately there was no user manual but I was told that the manual is not available from the manufacturer yet and will be emailed to me in a couple of weeks.I highly recommend ride + glide as a supplier and the bike, despite the minor issues is by far the best ebike I have riden in its price range and above, which includes the Cowboy 3 and Vanmoof S3.”

“Purchased a OneWheel on Black Friday this year, I’ve been contemplating getting one for over a year and I’m so glad I finally did! I had eyed up Ride + Glide a while back being local to me it seemed to be the ideal place to purchase plus the extensive range and knowledge of electric wheeled products definitely made it a trusted choice. The customer service was excellent as product was initially out of stock for 2 days but I was called and notified of this and they even sent a freebie to apologise. All in all a really great shop and amazing products.”

“I recently purchased a one wheel pint from Ride + Glide and I couldn't be more pleased. It's a product I've been looking at for a long time as it's taken me a while to justify the expense. I've got to say I couldn't be happier with both the product and the service. The information on the website was clear and helped with my decision making. “The Onewheel is definitely the best part of our 2020! It’s an awesome piece of kit and slightly addictive. It took us about 10 minutes to get a feel for it and then you’re off! The service from Ride and Glide was brilliant and it only took 2 days to arrive! Definitely considering getting a second one so we can go out together.”

“I have been in touch with these great guys, mainly Peter, over the last month while doing my own research on different E-Scooters. They were fantastic in talking to me on the phone and via Email over my purchase and accessories. Nothing was a problem for them and they were very courteous. Price is what i expected with the Zero 11X, no complaints, they even threw in a freebie due to an issue out of their control. Delivery was super fast and sent out by courier in the afternoon and with me at 10AM the next morning. I so wish i could share the photo i have taken of my purchase but the review site wont let me. Overall, fantastic service. If you are concerned about this seller, dont be, go for it!”

“Brilliant Friendly People at Ride and Glide , visited shop about 4 times very knowledgeable and have a lot of time for their customers, answered all my questions . Ended up buying a Dualtron Eagle pro my first e-scooter just took it out for 2.5 hours ,good quality , fast enough for a over weight 60 year old and customer service is exceptional and so is the price, highly recommend . Thank You guys for a great experience.”
