“The item I purchased was shipped without a charger, but the team at R&G we’re great when I phoned to let them know. A new charger was sent out to me the same day for next-day delivery. Great service and I’m over the moon with my purchase, even if it was an impulse buy! Keep up the good work team!”

“Purchased Zero 10X 60V from Ride+Glide and it arrived two days later. Had an issue with loose stem and the Support department told me how to fix it (8mm Allen Key did the job as it was not tight enough) The free helmet I got is great and I recommend this company to anyone looking for good customer care and excellent products”

“My first foray into the world of electric scooters and Pete and Pascal were always available to answer my queries. The website, the product choice, their communication all inspired confidence in making a purchase. And, wow, what a great scooter! (Kaabo Wolf Warrior X Pro) The best price, customer service and delivery (next day to Cornwall!) makes Ride & Glide a no-brainer. Thanks guys.”

“Was after a Super73 ZG, looked incredible hard to get hold of though with backlogs of orders and people waiting on 2/3 months orders. Visited ride + glide on 7th Apr. Website stated order due in on 15th Apr. Placed pre order and was here in about 2 days! Have had so much fun on it already, not had a bike since the 90s.. I already want more models”

“Cant fault Ride and Glide at all. Ordered both my Onewheels from them and the customer service was 1st class start to finish. Have used them again since then for various accessories,clothes etc and will no doubt be using them again very soon. Highly recommended.”
