“R&G customer service is really phenomenal. They were super helpful when I was trying to pick a scooter. They gave me an amazing thank-you for finding a small error on their website. They went out of their way chasing the delivery agents when the delivery was delayed for reasons well outside of their control, and called me to keep me updated even though I hadn't asked for updates or info at all - they just wanted to make sure I got my scooter and was happy. It's really refreshing to have such friendly and helpful customer service. They've earnt a very loyal customer. Thank you R&G”

“Ordered my Onewheel XR and some accessories from Ride + Glide knowing that some things were on back order. Everything arrived 5 days before the estimated time which was awesome! They even included some cool stickers which I now have on my OneWheel. Extremely impressed with the service.”

“Glide and ride is the bomb ! To anyone buying one read the instructions watch the videos and me and my son aged 10 years old started on a football pitch picked it up in less than half an hour , great fun , but respect the board or it will bite you helmet and wrist protectors are a must . Are board arrived when they said it would , fully charged it and off you go 👌 Dan D&G builders”

“Product was good service was good although 8m still waiting for my helmet what you were suppose to get with my scooter. Was obe of the reasons i choose these was because you got helmet with it. 1 year later still waiting.”

The item was out of stock when the scooter was purchased, once they came back in stock we sent an email out to you requesting your helmet size.
