“I was so impressed with my first experience of Ricky. My package was delayed because of coronavirus which is completely understandable, but the first thing I saw in the package was a handwritten note apologising, absolutely not necessary but wonderful customer service. The packaging of the products was lovely in secure boxes that can be used continuously, much nicer than the disposable plastic I'm used to with these type of product. Inside were instructions for charging and use which were printed on really good quality card and were very easy to understand. The products themselves were lovely. They feel really soft and smooth and look great. Having tested them out can confirm they do the job well. Thanks Ricky, I'll be back.”

“I received the package in a discrete box. It was very nice not having to explain to my roommates what I got. The liquid silk lube is by far the best lube I have used. Like the name suggests it has a smooth silky feel that does not dry out or become sticky. My girlfriend and I used just 1 pump from the bottle and that was enough to keep us going for endless fun and multiple 'Rickys'.”
