“From the outset customer service was second to none, i was made to feel thqt i was an individual custer who was valued. I used a discount code which gave me money off and i was also offered NHS discount and found replies were extremely quick. Upon delivery, it was extremely quick and even when i needed an address change, notjing was an issue to the ricky team. Packaging was discreet. The vibrator itself was housed in a complete secure and wwll strucured box with some additional cute extras like the matching blindfold and cover bag. The product itself is quick to charge and lasts a while when fully charged. The colour is attractive and easy to use. I found the inital bulb large to go inside initially however once inside the power that enits from it works wonders. Its exremely quiet and doesnt get hot from the motor after prolonged use.have already purchased again!!”

“Can’t fault delivery times and general experience of Ricky.com. The packaging on both the jiggle balls I bought said ‘for external use only’ which was confusing and made me feel uncertain about the quality of the products. However, once I expressed my concern, someone from Ricky.com got back in touch with me (really quickly!!) to reassure me that this is a translation error and that the product is completely safe for use. Really great customer service.”
