“Absolutely diabolical service. I ordered an item on 19th Jan and still haven't received it, it's the 28th today. I had a notification last Friday saying royal mail had received said item off Ricky (5 days after order was made) if it doesn't come today I will be cancelling it. I would recommend this company at all! P.s tracking number doesn't work”

“I placed my order on the 31rd December as an anniversary present for my wife a week later. Today is 11th of January, Saturday, and I haven’t yet received the order. I contacted Ricky and have receive no response. By Monday will be about two weeks since my purchase, and again, no response from you.”
