“Just had the first part of the damp proofing done by Colin J and Mark B. Very pleased, turned up on time and did a nice neat job despite walls being off the plumb. Pleasantly surprised how clean the room was left. Plasterer is due tomorrow hopefully he will be as good.”

“I was delighted with the professionalism of Billy and David from the Ayr branch who worked in my home to rid my bedroom walls of dampness. Both men were very polite, cheerful and very efficient at their jobs.Their workmanship was of a very high quality and when they were finished they left my room spotlessly clean. I would recommend this firm without hesitation.”

“At every point of my communication with Richardson and Starling's Edinburgh team they were prompt and efficient. I needed a damp wall remedied and the work carried out by Jamie and Ryan was faultless. They left everything clean and tidy and were a pleasure to have working in the house.”

“I required urgent woodworm treatment in the roof as insulation work couldn’t continue until the issue was resolved. The Aberdeen team were excellent - Jackie in the office was lovely to deal with and responded quickly and positively with my enquiry, making every effort to meet my unreasonable timescales! On the day the team of Robbie Smith and Kieran Greig worked quickly to spray the affected area, leaving everything clean and tidy. Fast and professional service conducted to a high standard.”

“Very very pleased with the workmanship, manners and care given to us during work being carried out in our home. Damp roofers were professional and clean during their processes. The electrician was also efficient even though he had to make sure the cats did not escape. The plasterer was magnificent and his work is flawless. The teams we had were excellent and very tidy and clean during the whole process. Would highly recommend this company for their professionalism.”

“From start to finish dealing with this company has been very easy, professional, trustworthy & friendly, Everyone we dealt with Sandra, Robin, Malcolm & John were so nice & always keeping us updated on everything that was going on & always helpful with any queries we had. “I had the company out to sort my damp problems in my bedroom and kitchen, my technicians were John Mills and Jordan Murphy they did a fantastic job of taking the walls right back to the brickwork and did an incredible job of plastering and joinery they also tidied up and cleaned my floors i couldn't have asked for a better team. thank you so much”

“Having requested a survey of our property from the Dundee office, the surveyor Allan Brown visited, who was fully covid compliant during his survey, Allan was thorough, very informative and highly proficiant and experienced in surveying a property. I would highly recommend the Dundee office if the caliber of the surveyors are at Allans standard.”

“Kieran Greig and Dave Young from the Aberdeen branch attended to sort out dampness I had in a cupboard in a flat which we just purchased. The were extremely professional, pleasant and did a first class job. Dave made sure that polythene was laid across all carpets and they cleared up all of the debris plaster off the wall after the job. Would highly recommend. Office staff (Jackie et al) were also super efficient and very responsive.”

“We used Richardson & Starling to provide woodworm treatment for our newly purchased home after the previous seller obtained a survey and quote from the company. We dealt with the Aberdeen office and were very happy with the service provided. We always received fast replies to our emails and questions. The work was carried out efficiently, tidily and to a very high standard by Neil Ferries, who was professional, friendly and explained the process to us clearly. I would definitely recommend this company.”
