“The Stirling branch has just finished doing a lot of work in my flat and it has been an absolute nightmare the worst 2 weeks of my life the contract manager and office manager have told me lies and been down right nasty to me Im slightly disabled and I’m on anti-depression medicine and the lies and hassle I’ve had from this branch has been nothing less than diabolical I’m now going to be left with a massive bill because of the lies and deceit I wonder if this is because I’m a council tenant and not a private client The Stirling branch has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all I really do wish the council had went with the wyse group”

“The initial survey was carried out very swiftly at my request. All communication there after was very efficient. On the day of the treatment work taking place, the workman was very professional, with safety signs clearly visible outside the house. Once the work was completed there was also a safety notice clearly displayed inside the house. The following day I received a courtesy call to check I was happy with the work before being issued with the invoice. Overall a highly professional company with great customer service.”

“We once again contracted Richardson and Starling (R&S) to do some work on our house. This time they sorted out some wet rot they had. The two men they sent were excellent, very professional decent hard working guys a great credit to their company. This is the third time we have used R&S and still rate them very highly, from the person they send to asses the problem (lack of ventilation causing mold on one occasion, wet rot solution on this occasion) to the team doing the work. Thank you R&S Team!”

“I was a bit concerned about the possibility of damp in my property due to its age, awful wet weather and a side alley that never gets the sun and has tree overhang. So I decided to get a surveyor done. My property got a clean bill of health from Rick, which of course made me very happy. So why 5 stars? Well it was the way I was treated by Keyana and Rick and their approach. Keyana was very helpful on my initial phone contact, and prompt in sending me an email with appointment information. Rick was bang on time for the 0930 appointment and soon put my mind at rest with his assessment. Their approach and treatment left no doubt that should I ever need this kind of service in the future, Richardson & Starling will get my custom without question. Thank you Richardson & Starling.”

“There technician Colin j did a excellent job in with he removed a toilet and radiator did the damp course replaced everything back and cleaned up after him self very pleased with the results once I redecorate you won't notice the difference”

“Excellent service throughout. We were able to get a survey done fast thanks to a wonderful admin team, and Darren surveyed spending a good deal of time thoroughly checking out the property; excellent value. We subsequently had Chris and Greg carry out a treatment and they worked a Saturday to make our timelines, were punctual, professional and worked extremely hard. Really happy with the service provided by R&S and can’t recomment enough. Thank you.”

“I instructed this firm to look at some damp which had developed. The survey was thorough, I received advice, a quote was produced and very reasonably priced. Having given the go ahead I found them very obliging with suitable dates which was a great help. The person i dealt with was very approachable and pleasant and I was kept fully advised of all developments. The workmen arrived on time each day, were very helpful and polite and explained the process and what I should expect. I was satisfied that every precaution had been taken to minimise the inevitable covering of dust. Once the walls had been stripped and whatever voodoo they do was done the plasterer made an excellent job at putting the walls back and left the property taking all rubble and dust sheets with him. The experience was one I dreaded but the chaps made it as stress free as was possible. I would highly recommend this company for both customer care and value for money.”

“A very good Company and one of the best I’ve come across. As a chartered Architect I have dealt with many building renovation projects often involving property preservation and repair aspects. This was a complicated job with the dry rot having spread through several properties including private flats as well as a shop and a public house. The professional approach carried out by Darren Williams to arrange for surveys, detailed scopes of works, specifications and estimates was excellent as was his follow up information regarding extra works uncovered and the project schedule with regular updates was all very informative and accurate. The onsite team of operatives comprising Chris Holmes and Greg Campbell carried out the works with great care and attention to detail and during the works they were always available to review progress and discuss any issues. This integrated team and their professional approach to this complicated project were major factors in achieving the successful completion of the work and to a very high standard. They have my highest recommendation for any work of this nature.”
