“I needed surveyor advice from the Kirkcaldy branch regarding fairly major incident. Neil was able to give me excellent advice and very useful information. I'm very happy with the way my case was dealt with.”

“Anonymous: Mr/Mrs C. Very pleased to recommend Richardson & Starling. The workforce David, Neil, Kostas and Callum, were very efficient, hard-working and cheerful at all times. They covered carpets and flooring and cleaned everything up after the work was finished. First-class all round, and friendly service. Thank you all, including surveyors and office personnel.”

“Andrzej from the Aberdeen branch carried out the treatment to our loft professionally and was polite and informative at all times. He was very respectful of our property ensuring that the appropriate propective coverings were in place from our door to the loft.”

“Amazing service from start to finish. I bought my new home knowing from the home report that the roof space had signs of woodworm. The assessment was done quickly and report produced within a day. The job was done professionally and efficiently and without any disruption to my day. I highly recommend. Thanks.”

“Very happy with work done Dan and Ben where both professional ,hard working and extremely pleasant to have work in your home. Finished wall after plastering is excellent and no mess. Thank you Dundee office . Small request would like a little better communication of arrival times so can plan day .”

“Was very satisfied with the services of the Dundee branch and that of both technicians Bob Emery and Bobby the plasterer. The work was carried out on the dates set with the professionalism that you don't get from many companies nowadays. As stated in the work schedule carpet was protected and work site left clean and tidy. They did exactly as it says on the tin, would highly recommend.”

“We are very satisfied with the work carried out to our house by the Aberdeen Branch. The work was carried out to a high standard, on schedule and the property was left clean and tidy. Steven McLeavy who surveyed the property was helpful and explained the issue well. Sarah Angus and Rachael Murison made the arrangements and kept us well advised The technicians, David Shepherd, Callum Robertson and Neil Ferries were friendly, helpful and kept us informed of progress. all in all we were very satisfied with the service provided.”

“This company was recommended by our solicitor during purchase. They identified penetrating damp against the south wall of a granite property. The work done was very professional, and the technicians Kostas and Callum identified further potential problems which the company also fixed. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, but perhaps due to the season there were difficulties with the timings. They were delayed on a previous job, and our job then took longer likely inconveniencing the next clients. There was also a lack of communication between the various "teams" (subcontractors) such that there was a bit of a mess for us to clean up at the end, and to cart away. We were told that some work had to await a specialist plumber or electrical subcontractor, who when arrived, felt that the joiners could have done the work. That may have added to the cost. It is a high cost service and I guess for that reason I hold them to a higher standard.”

“Graeme and Willie did a great job in treating our damp problem in Larkhall New Parish Church. The organisation from start to finish was first class. Daryn the Supervisor and the contracts Team made sure that the work was done to a high standard. I would recommend Richardson & Starling to any church who have a Rot or Damp problem”

“We had a tenanted commercial property in Dundee which had a room affected by damp. Firstly their surveyor attended to assess the extent of the problem and then provided us with a detailed report of his findings. We needed a very quick turnaround as our tenant wasn't able to use the room for part of her business. The team from Richard & Starling were very accommodating and got the works completed with no disruption to the occupying tenant. Thank you very much for excellent service!”

“We had worked carried out on Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd . Both men were very efficient . John the plasterer was here Monday and today . He was also very good and made sure everything was tidy before he left .”

“I would highly recommend Richardson and starling, I am delighted with the every aspect of the service. From the initial survey undertaken by Melvin, I felt I was getting honest professional advice. Darren who undertook the work was prompt, polite and excellent at his job. He was very patient with all my silly questions, and extremely knowledgeable about the issue and the remediation required.”
