“Thanks to two guys Matty & Matty for repairs of joists and flooring in my toilet yous guys did a great job very tidy and professional . Carlisle based. and i stay in north Lanarkshire. Thanks guys.”

“Had some work done with Richardson & Starling recently and very happy with it. Father and son, Jamie and Ryan did a really good job, nice friendly guys, and happy to answer my questions. “Thanks To Richardson and Strarling for the excellent restoration, upgrading and draught proofing of my sash Windows. Robert as the near 40 year veteran on sash repair and installation and Charlie’s as the rot repair and joinery specialist were an outstanding team. It was great to see the apprenticeship programme in action too. This is ensure that the skills required to undertake this specialist work remain alive and endure. The results are instantaneous and appreciable. It is great to retain the original features of the house whilst reducing fuel usage. Many thanks for the care, attention and consideration whilst the work was being carried out.”

“I found everyone I dealt with to be straightforward and patient, as I had many questions. The work was done professionally, efficiently, and on a schedule that worked for me. I was very pleased with the condition of the house when they were finished.”

“The rising damp issue was fixed but unfortunately my kitchen units are not secured too the wall properly I will be taking it up with my local housing office as one of the units is not even screwed too the wall, apart from that the guys were great very polite and well mannered and kept the mess and noise too a minimum due too the fact we have a young son.”

“The work was completed on time to a high standard. They had a small issue which was quickly sorted by the contracts manager, John Falconer, who to his credit was actually on holiday but took the time to deal with the issue. I would highly recommend them for any future work.”

“Robin left the house as he found it. No marks on the walls where the ladder had been and all tidy when he left. They dropped off the house key at a convenient time and place for me. Very happy with the work carried out.”

“Team came promptly and carried out what amounts to a really messy job. Work was undertaken quickly and with all reasonable measures taken to prevent dust/dirt making its way to other areas of the house. At the end of the day when works we’re finished the area was cleaned down and left as they had found it. Couldn’t have asked for better.”

“The company was very easy to deal with. The team were punctual every day and had a superb work ethic. All works necessary were explained clearly to us. The standard of workmanship was top quality and completed on time. I could not fault the planning ,completion of the work, checking and helpful attitude of the team. Highly recommended.”
