“An excellent service from start to end. Craig who initially attended for survey, those who attended and carried out the work, Sonny, William and Scott. Yes there was dust but nothing like I expected they were so careful cleaning up after they were finished. There workmanship was first class. Would highly recommend them.”

“Very detailed survey provided, reasonable pricing. Work carried out with seamless co-operation between the trades involved, no time wasted. Much cleaner than expected, with little dust. Altogether, excellent work.”

“Your Surveyor was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the source of the problem being investigated. With his knowledge, he made several Recommendations to Resolve the issue. This was done in an informative way, without 'baffling' the customer with Technical Jargin. Overall a very satisfactory experience. Note: A Telephone Call was made before the Survey, which allowed some discussion and assisted in a better understanding of the issue.”

“Our workers were young but very polite, helpful and friendly. They were as clean as possible in our house. They communicated very well too plus answered my questions intelligently. The job looks great too! The mens names wrre David Armstrong and Josh Jones. They went the proverbial extra mile.”

“Prompt and efficient re-plastering of a interior wall that had been ruined by penetrative damp from a (now solved) leak in the roof. Jamie and Ryan's assessment that the basic structures were unaffected was a welcome reassurance. A year had to elapse for us to be sure there was no more leaking and we were impressed that Richardson and Starling not only coped cheerfully with a few postponements, but also held to their original quote!”
