“Excellent service from starling and richardson, turned up on time made a good job of the work needed. This is the second time we have used starling and richardson and would not hesitate to use them again .”

“Richardson & Starling have one of the best service of tradesmen that I’ve come across. They were roughly in my home for two months doing a job and each one of them, be it the electrician, joiner, plasterer, plumber etc arrived when they said they would, were respectful of me and my home in their work and tidied up after themselves. The communication from head office was excellent, every change or process was discussed along the way. I would certainly use them again.”

“From start to finish Richardson and Starling were fantastic. All works to be carried out explained in detail. Kenny the plumber and 1 other, I didn't catch his name, Stuart the plasterer, Kevin and Mark the technicians were professional, courteous, friendly, polite, respected my property and carried everything out to a very high standard. All work was completed within 2 days. Stuart even offered to mop my hall floor. Contract manager attended at the end of the works, I let him know how happy I was with everything. Would highly recommend. Please pass on my thanks to everyone involved.”

“Friendly and prompt service. Replaced floor neatly. Some nails needed punched. High skirtings left covered in liquid. Would have appreciated joiner assistance to repair accidently damaged leg of unit.”

“Neil arrived on time and showed him around the property, i left Neil to get on with it and i was informed around lunchtime that work was completed. Once i arrived home the room where the work took place was left clean and tidy and job executed very well. there was some small damage outside around vent, but the Aberdeen branch team wanted to ask me the best solution for me before arranging. I had to put this work off a few times but each time i approached them about getting it done they quickly worked with me and arranged a date, i could not fault the service i received. A small shout out to Rachel in the office who constantly kept me updated around appointment and subsequent emails arranging the small repair outside.”

“From the moment I contacted Richardson & Starling's Aberdeen branch the service was exemplary. Caitlin and Rachael kept all comminucation running smoothly, Steven attended promptly for the initial survey and quotes and then kept an eye on things as Davie and Callum arrived to do the work. I must give special mention to Davie who went out of his way to explain everything that was needed and was happening as he progressed with the work, and the problems we uncovered along the way. I have already recommended the firm to others, and will have no reservations in calling on this team again for other works needed to my house.”

“Would highly recommend Richardson and Starling. Everything went smoothly, from Roddy the surveyor’s first visit to the guys doing the job, it was great. Everyone was very friendly and polite, nothing was too much bother They also did a fantastic job. My living room has never looked so good”

“Happy with whole process from assessment to quote to application. The crew, Neil and Lucas, arrived promptly and applied the wood treatment with care and competency. I am thoroughly satisfied with my choice of Richardson and Starling. When you are choosing a company to preserve your precious property, reputation cannot be undervalued as it directly impacts your insurance and product warranty. This will outlive me and I am happy that my choice will benefit my family in years to come. Not all the companies I received quotes from were as forthcoming about product warranty. Richardson and Starling use premium products, and highly trained team members apply the product ensuring the best possible outcome for long term success.”

“Would highly recommend Richardson and Starling, from the initial survey and report for a rising damp issue in our house to carrying out the treatment work everything was very professional. The technicians Dan and Idriss from the Dundee branch were courteous and while carrying out the work protected the room leaving it clean. The other trades both electrical and plastering were scheduled to minimise our disruption and also could not be faulted.”
