“We had nothing but the best intentions from the moment we came to view this property which had been on the market for over two years in a most dilapidated state, and despite this we did not feel welcomed as buyers by RS from the first viewing, and felt that throughout the sale process we were more of a burden than anything else to both RS as well as the owners who sold us the property. One positive thing we can say is that RS went above and beyond to get the sale through despite dealing with incredibly difficult owners who where wholly disorganised, misrepresented a great deal of important info which we are still dealing with as new buyers, as well as left the place in a total state when we arrived. It was very disappointing to have this purchasing experience which only compounded the stress of moving.”

“Went to view house today holy lane Banstead the worst sales person ever encountered was totally disinterested and non engaging property was nearly 1.2 million got impression house was already sold - I stick to Christie’s estate agents different class”

“We had previously rented our property with Richard at Saunders and when we decided to sell contacted Richard to request guidance and marketing strategy. We were advised that the market was buoyant and the house very sellable with potential clients available for viewings almost immediately. The house was viewed, offers presented prior to having the time to take photographs, offer accepted and even through the events of Covid with a challenging exchange and completion date the property is sold and we are very happy.
