“Having been through a long process to gain planning permission on our long-standing family home, we needed help from an agent to sell the property. Being a development plot, it was unlike a conventional sale as we were selling to development companies as opposed to private buyers. After some research of local and national agents, we finally settled upon Richard Saunders and Company. We were reassured that he would be working in our best interests, they answered all our questions honestly, helpfully and explained their proposed process. Richard and Paris always listened to our concerns patiently explaining details when necessary. We ended up with over 25 offers and are very pleased with the outcome. I have to say that we have at no time felt we could have made a better choice of professionals to help us achieve our aims. Many thanks to Richard Saunders and Company - we would highly recommend this company.”
