“For me, Jon Ludford dealt with my case very sympathetically and spent time making sure that I understood what was happening. This was important as I suffer from brain fog, mental health and ADHD. Absorbing a lot of complex information is often difficult for me - too much and I tend to switch off. However, Jon's continued patience and understanding of my situation made the process that much easier.”

“I found Steve Roberts to be truly exceptional. I had an ACCA referral for an investigation to which I had already responded personally. When I reached out to Steve for assistance on my second response to ACCA, he graciously requested the details and promptly reviewed them. Shortly thereafter, he called to reassure me that my initial response was appropriate and that the involvement of a solicitor was unnecessary in this instance. I was grateful for his approach, which lacked any pushy sales tactics and instead provided reassurance during a particularly stressful period.”
