“My case was handled by Sajib Hosan Case number 7330 who was extremely helpful at all times responded when ever I needed him took me step by step for my daughters British citizenship application and done an excellent job and application is successful I will recommend his service to friends and family five star ⭐️ service”

“I found Vanessa Gillbanks extremely helpful and informative, using language that was easy to understand at a time that was very stressful to me. I would readily recommend this company. The charges were advised to me before I started any proceedings which of course was preferable as I was able to budget for these. “Someone had referred me to Sajib Hosen. He is very professional and efficient. He is a very good listener and always answers my calls and also call back. During my VISA application, he gave me all the support that I needed and to be honest I couldn't see one he didn't do right. He is amazing at doing his job. I highly recommend him.”

“After last year refusal I was extremely devastated and anxious about getting VISA. I kept arranging meeting with many solicitor and until I met Richard Nelson's Solicitor Sajib Hosen havent felt convincing. He was very professional and his answer to my question was very convincing and rational. After I given Richard Nelson my case; mr Sajib prepared the case very professionally and in detail, He always responded to my call or returned back shortly. My wife received her VISA before our expectataion because Mr Sajib wrote a letter explaining our son special circumstances and just next week after the letter we received the visa, I want to thank Mr Sajib Hosen and his assistant Hana for their excelent professionalism and support.”

“From the first contact with Ian Cranefield , it was clear we had made exactly the right decision. He provided clear advice in terms of actions, expected outcome and likely costs. He very quickly entered into communication with the Local Authority, where we had been unable to obtain any dialogue, and the issue was closed. Througout the process we felt supported and reassured. “Megan Delaney professionally fully supported and guided me through the stressful procedures involved throughout my TRA case. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Megan always responded to my phone calls and emails promptly. She assisted me in writing my very detailed statement letter to the TRA, submitting it before the deadline date. I honestly believe that Megan's input led to me receiving the fantastic news that the TRA Decision Maker concluded that my case should be closed with no further action - no Hearing and so no Ban, which was a tremendous relief. I am very thankful to Megan for giving me my professional working life back.”

“Ian Cranefield of Richard Nelson LLP was an excellent, professional, solicitor. Ian advised, helped and supported me through a 7 year legal battle that commenced in the Court of Protection, progressing to a High Court Claim and Mediation with a positive result. He kept me calm in difficult and depressing situations, with his expertise, knowledge and empathy. During this legal claim Probate and Administration of a will progressed with the assistance initially of Martin Cruddas, then Kerry Wiig (formerly of Richard Nelson LLP) then Scott Walker of Richard Nelson LLP who finalised administration. “We turned to Richard Nelson LLP when we felt we needed expert help with my very distressing case. It was the best decision I could have made. Right from the start I felt really comfortable and felt I had the support I needed. Richard Etherington was the senior solicitor on my case and was there for me at anytime I needed to talk or ask a question. He was very professional as well as being very approachable. His support team too were brilliant, especially Megan Delaney who was there in court when I gave my evidence. My emotions were all over the place but a little smile and nod of the head from Megan really helped me at a really tough time.
