“A big thank you to Rita Kotecha for helping me with applying for settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme. She was always extremely attentive and sympathetic, as this application had a direct impact on my future in England. Over a 10 month period she successfully advised me on the application status and its progression. “Good morning, this feedback is for Louise (Louise O’Driscoll/ F0348-1-6/ 11615). Louise has offered her guidance and advice for the school appeal of my daughter. We were successful and delighted with the outcome. However independently from the outcome, I can honestly say that Louise is knowledgeable about the school appeal process. Louise has patiently guided me through the process, and how to: (1) best present the personal circumstances of our case; (2) challenge the evidence provided by the school for not admitting my daughter. As a working mum and fully committed solicitor, she is swamped, but she always promptly returned my calls and e-mails. I am very fortunate to have met and been offered her services. If you are determined to have the best chance in appealing for a school place, yet you are unsure how to navigate the complexities of the appeal process, I strongly encourage you to call Louise and seek her help and guidance. “Having been involved with a University Non-Academic Misconduct Process, Richard Nelson LLP was contacted. The support offered by the soliciter was amazing. I recieved guidence on how to write my statements and preperation for interview. Following the interview additional support was provided in regards to the next level of the process.
