“It was very easy to get insurance from Rhino. Straightforward process. We called twice to clear some doubts and they were very helpfull over the phone. I would definately recommend. We haven't made any claims so we don't know much about that process but so far we are happy that we decided to go for this insurance.”

“Policy was explained in simple terms so that I was confident about choosing what was right for my situation. Easy to navigate website. It seems sensible to be able to chose the duration of the cover from 120 days to 180 days. Have not had to claim anything yet, so cannot say what costumer service is”

“Do not bother with this insurance. It covers 7 very specific scenarios and if your claim does not fall into one of these then it will be rejected. I bought the home sellers insurance. My buyer pulled out two months into the process and I was unable to claim insurance as it was not covered by one of these specific scenarios, resulting in me losing over £700 in solicitors fees and misleading insurance. A waste of money.”
