“Quick response to my queries when I called. We struggled to find a recommended solicitor with a 'No Move, No Fee' policy so this made us feel more secure with our purchase. Shame we hadn't heard about it when our sale was agreed (three weeks ago) as would have taken out the Homesellers insurance too. Shame the agreed sale and purchase dates have to be within 7 days of taking out insurance.”

“Having had a stressful and expensive experience recently trying to buy a house that ultimately fell through, I researched what protection was out there, ready to sign up the moment we had the offer accepted on another. “Concise, clear statement of what is covered and what exclusions there are. Ease of navigation through the website. 2-tier Buyer’s options - standard and premium. Offers a Seller’s option as well, which other companies tend not to. Expedited application and payment process. An excellent customer experience - will definitely recommend.”
