“Well the application process for the home buyers protection insurance was a little glitchy, I had to use help of a chat bot to complete the process and couldnt do it on a mobile phone. In the end we got there the chat bot was v helpful and we sorted it and I bought the insurance. i have to say I am delighted to be able to buy this type of insurance, its early days yet, I have instructed a mortgage company and solicitor and cross my fingers that I dont need the insurance, but its there if I do........... Thank you for peace of mind Rhino................. ps I also emailed the company to find out the process, ie timescale of buying insurance and to my surprise they replied within a day which is fantastic, and they answered the query.”

“The insurance was fantastic when my purchase fell through, the claims process was stress free. They kept me up to date at each stage of the claims process and paid the claim promptly when everything had been verified. Would recommend to anyone purchasing a home.”
