“Just taken out Home Protection Insurance. Can not comment yet on an insurance claim as not needed yet (hopefully not at all) However the website is very glitchy and took a long time to navigate and fill in details. Some areas required repeated efforts. There is something wrong with the website design which will loose you customers I am afraid.”

“Quick and easy process of getting the insurance, got a confirmation email straight away. Only drawback is that the premium version is double the price of the standard cover which is a big difference”

“Easy to purchase the insurance and great UX, however can't give 5* (yet) as that will depend on whether Rhino Home Protect actually pays what they say they will in the event my flat purchase does not go through for some reason. I will update my review if that happens.”

“Well presented products with comprehensive term explanations. Would have preferred a bit of extra leway on the seller insurance though as unless you have an onward signed up and ready at the same time it's unlikely you can fit the acceptance of your sale within the same seven day gap. If the seller insurance was instead a fortnight I'd of been able to purchase that as well. As it is I've only opted for the standard buying insurance.”
