“Was of no use in the end. We pulled out of a sale because of the discovery of Japanese Knotweed in a Level 3 Survey. Unfortunately the insurance doesn't cover this. A waste of money for us. Only useful if we were gazumped or the property has structural damage or an act of god. Read the small print. first-time-buyer-london.co.uk”
