“Well the application process for the home buyers protection insurance was a little glitchy, I had to use help of a chat bot to complete the process and couldnt do it on a mobile phone. In the end we got there the chat bot was v helpful and we sorted it and I bought the insurance. i have to say I am delighted to be able to buy this type of insurance, its early days yet, I have instructed a mortgage company and solicitor and cross my fingers that I dont need the insurance, but its there if I do........... Thank you for peace of mind Rhino................. ps I also emailed the company to find out the process, ie timescale of buying insurance and to my surprise they replied within a day which is fantastic, and they answered the query.”
