“Quick and easy process of getting the insurance, got a confirmation email straight away. Only drawback is that the premium version is double the price of the standard cover which is a big difference”

“My colleagues recommended that I should get a Buyers Protection Insurance. At first I couldn't create an account because the system didn't accept any of the passwords I tried I finally managed to create an account with the help of your colleague on the online chat and the process of buying the Insurance was quick and easy.”

“Easy to purchase the insurance and great UX, however can't give 5* (yet) as that will depend on whether Rhino Home Protect actually pays what they say they will in the event my flat purchase does not go through for some reason. I will update my review if that happens.”

“Well presented products with comprehensive term explanations. Would have preferred a bit of extra leway on the seller insurance though as unless you have an onward signed up and ready at the same time it's unlikely you can fit the acceptance of your sale within the same seven day gap. If the seller insurance was instead a fortnight I'd of been able to purchase that as well. As it is I've only opted for the standard buying insurance.”

“Straightforward form, although having line 2 of address as a required entry is problematic where there IS no second line! Also found tbe 'continue' button requied scrolling way down on first page and wasn't sure how to move through at first. Otherwise, information is clear and accessible.”
