“The guys at Vanliners who I placed the order with have been brilliant, Carlton has been great. The rest of the experience not so great. I received the wrong rack to start with that wasn't the main issue. upon delivery one of the boxes was falling apart and the bars were hanging out. So,bad I had to ask the driver to check his van for parts. I tried to return it and due to the fact one of the boxes was ruined I has to pack all parts into one box. I was then informed I would be charged 20% restocking charge and £30 collection fee. I re ordered the correct rack and upon delivery DX refused to take the old one even though I was informed they would take it. I then took 2 days off work to wait for collection DX never showed up. I then had to return the rack to DX's depot. Thanks to Carlton fighting my corner and the amount of time it has taken I'm am now getting a full refund. But unfortunately I'm still waiting for my money. Not the greatest experience.”

“Your instructions leave a lot to be desired. A lot more detail is needed on how to fit the roof rack. Your time scales are way out. For some body to pick up a roof rack out of a box and fit it on there own with out prior knowledge or measurements. It took me 3 hours to fit.”
