“We had our shutters fitted in both the bay windows of our main bedroom and living room by Rob & Alex and they did a fantastic job! Both very friendly and professional guys, managed to make our wonky windows looks straight with their expert skills! Although we waited a long time, Reynolds kept us in the loop with delivery dates etc. All in all we received a very professional service from everyone and would definitely recommend Reynolds to anyone looking for beautiful shutters!”

“Had vertical blinds and curtains fitted today by Derek. He was friendly,polite, professional and efficient. I am 100% happy with the service provided by Derek, Adrian who measured up and everyone at the showroom in Kings Norton. I would not hesitate to recommend Reynolds Blinds.”

“Friendly and helpful service, good advice freely given, clean, tidy and efficient installation by Rob & Alex. Although it took some time for the materials to be available (out of the control of Reynolds Blinds) I was kept up to date with progress. Love the shutters too. Thank you.”

“Due to covid we had to wait a long time for our shutters to arrive from abroad. We are very happy with the shutters and the excellent service we received from the gents who answered the phone calls and specifically from Rob and Alex who fitted the shutters - really nice guys who did a lovely professional job.”

“The shutters were fitted today and they look stunning. Clean lines, excellent fitting and Rob and Alex are really friendly helpful guys. The old Victorian terrace has some uneven window frames however Rob and Alex were able to fit the shutters expertly so you wouldn’t know.”

“Extremely poor customer service, struggled to arrange an appointment for a consultant to visit for a quote, once arranged company called to try to rearrange on numerous occasions, on day of appointment received a call to cancel due to an ‘emergency’. Now waiting for call back from Nick, do not use this company, I don’t understand how they are still in business.”

“We recently had an awning fitted and the whole process was very smooth. The fitters were polite and efficient, even cleaning up as they went along. The awning is of very high standard and we are extremely pleased with it. We are now waiting for our blinds to be fitted as soon as our new french doors are in place. We highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.”

“Had our shutters fitted on Thursday, after quite a long wait due to delivery delays as experienced all over the country. It was so worth the wait Rob and Alex so professional, clean and tidy and what I did like was the way all through the fitting process they kept showing us what they looked like before final fit and explained what they were doing. I had 2 bays done and 1 small window, it looks fab. Well done Reynolds and especially Rob and Alex.”

“We had blinds fitted by Joe today who was extremely polite, efficient and overall, did a fantastic job. Had a good conversation with him as I'm working from home and had them up in no time at all! Even took the time to clean up after and the blinds look great! Very satisfied and I can't recommend Reynolds and especially Joe high enough.”
