“Bleed lines are not correct on web tool. This caused an error in my first order and had to reorder. I strongly suggest the tool be revamped for proper bleed and cut lines.”

“For loyal clients, the discounts is bare minimum my honest opinion, other companies give great discounts. They send emails like it's a major deal but truthfully I pay that price without a discount so it's really not a save.”

“A little flustered that the size says one thing on the web page, but when you upload art, the size is actually different. Example: for the 78x33 banner, its closer to 78.75 - giving the exact dimensions and where bleed is, would be better. This is probably why other reviewers have gotten white lines on their banners.”
