“we where very unsure about changing our pension company but I have to say they where very professional and the staff so helpful and understanding I would highly recommend anyone to use them. we are not very clued up on pensions but they managed to explain everything to us in simple terms we did understand and sort out all our problems cant thank them enough for there weekly communication with us 1st class”

“Brilliant service from Kay at The Retirement Desk. She helped me through the process of annuity purchase when I was very unsure if it was right product for me. Kay provided me with all the facts & figures clearly & concisely and was incredibly patient when I changed the income figures/term, requoting as necessary. She allowed me all the time I needed to research other options with other providers without chasing me or hurrying me along for a decision. Once I had made my decision the process was done & dusted efficiently and very quickly. Thank you Kay!”

“Kay was amazing, she contacted me shortly after going on line and explained everything I needed to know. I was kept up to date on any developments with phone calls and emails. “The Retirement Desk have been helpful, informative, understanding and timely in arranging my pension. They have shown reassuring knowledge of dealing with multiple providers and making the process so much less painful than it certainly could have been. Would I recommend them? Yes, wholeheartedly. To be honest I wonder why anyone would ever consider not using them. Email, post and telephone as required: all just worked.”

“This is the second time I’ve used the retirement desk, on both occasions they were extremely thorough in explanation and process and carried out the process efficiently keeping me informed along the way. In the first instance they in fact helped me out of a big problem I had got into with my advisor and did that free of charge where my advisor wanted a significant fee. In the second instance they provided me with several quotes over 9 months which they willingly provided at very short notice . I would not hessitate to recommend the retirement desk to anyone who wished to use the service they provide.”

“When I decided to retire I needed someone to sort out my Pace pension. Having taken advice I then had to make the decision to go with a firm to sort it. Having heard so many different negative stories I felt whoever I chose was a risk. I shouldn't have worried, the Retirement Desk have been excellent throughout. Lisa, in particular has been a delight to work with. From first contact she filled me with confidence, kept me informed throughout, even when I was on holiday! Everything was sorted efficiently and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Retirement Desk and Lisa in particular.”

“Kay and Lisa very efficient from start and I was impressed that I had a weekly update . The transfer was quite complex due to my funds being managed by several agents but I am pleased it was all sorted at last. Both Kay and Lisa very professional.”

“I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending The Retirement Desk for advice and assistance when it comes to deciding on which pension option to choose. My advisor Kay was very friendly and informative and recommended various options available to me.
