“Having followed the advice from Pensionwise to "check out all your options" I received a follow up call from The Pension Desk, Kay Martin introduced herself and despite my initial reservations she explained how she could assist, anyhow despite a lot of tooing and frowing Kay answered all my questions and checked out all the plans and options. When I finally decided which plan and provider to go with Kay arranged my pension, I could not be happier with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend The Pension Desk to anyone in my position. Many thanks for your assistance”

“Kay Martin was very friendly and extremely helpful.I just passed on the information and she did the rest and kept me informed along the way. I was very pleased with the offers she found for me. “One phone call and a couple of emails had it all sorted out ; what was a potentially complicated scenario of multiple policies was simply and effectively dealt with by one individual doing all of the background work for me; my retirement plan is all but completed now and the retirement desk was instrumental in helping untangle it all!! 10 out of 10 would recommend them every time. “This potentially traumatic transaction was handled relatively swiftly with little fuss and bother and a better annuity rate than I could find for myself on-line was obtained. All in all a most satisfactory experience that I would thoroughly recommend to others. I would like to say that I will use, "The Retirement Desk" again but, as is the nature of the beast, this is unlikely! Thank you so much Kay Martin”

“I have only praise for the the professionalism shown by the Retirement Desk, My "pot" for annuity was relatively modest but did not make any difference to the service I received. My contact Lisa at the Retirement Desk called me with an update at least once a week, more often when there was something to report. The Retirement Desk dealt with my company pension provider, who were frustratingly slow and inefficient, however the Retirement Desk kept pushing them along until eventually, this week I received my first pension payment. A great job done in very challenging circumstances.”
