“I couldn’t recommend The Retirement Desk highly Enough they are a very professional and efficient organisation and Lisa and Kay who I dealt with all the way through made the process of realising my pension pot and buying my annuity so easy they contacted me every time they said they would with updates as to how things were progressing and really were brilliant and it only took 3/4 weeks from start to finish.Amazing . Thank you again Lisa and Kay.”

“I had another great experience using the Retirement Desk to help me with my pension investment planning. I have used them before and was very happy with the service and I was really appreciative of Lisa reminding me early to start thinking and next steps and reinvestment. Lisa gave me some good options to consider and I was able to make a decision quite quickly. Once the process started moving forward Lisa was excellent at keeping me informed on progress and indeed chasing another company who were not keeping pace! I was grateful for all of this and feel that Lisa made quite a positive difference to my experience by taking me through the application and set up procedure very thoroughly. I will certainly consider using the service again when the time comes.”

She dealt with everything in a friendly and professional manner, always keeping me informed at every step of the process, and took all the stress away for me. “The person who helped me through this pension process was Lisa O'beirne. We discussed what I wanted to do with my pension and what was the best annuity at that time to use. She was very helpful and explained my options so that I understood exactly what was going to happen. Very polite all the time as was other members of the team that I spoke to.”

“Lisa O'Beirne was my primary point of contact and negotiator. She asked the relevant questions to enable me to make the best choice of pension for my needs and then carried out whatever was necessary to get the best deal for me. If she was unavailable my calls were dealt with by her Co worker and she always got back to me ASAP. I would recommend this firm to anyone as they were so helpful and efficient.”
