“Although I think the fixed income return is a worthwhile investment I acted too hastily and now Realise it was the wrong choice for my circumstances and need the flexibility to change my monthly income. I had 30 days to change my mind but was not aware the remainder of the fund not taken at any given time could not be transferred to another money purchase. Yes I am at fault as all the details are in the small print but I would have liked that point to be stressed over and over.”

“I was very impressed by the service I received. Kay was efficient, thorough and kept me informed throughout the process. “We dealt with Kay Martin who was very polite and professional and always kept us informed about the market rates/quotes which we requested for my wife's pension and was very understanding due to the time we took to decide to proceed which we have done now. I would also recommend anyone if they are looking for the same service and I, myself will hopefully contact her again in 2024 to get quotes for my pension. Very professional/courteous when replying to our requests by email/telephone.”

“I've used Lisa's services a couple of times over the last few years as I make my way to retirement. She has always been efficient, has done what she said, when she said and ensured my pension income started paying out as soon as possible. If I had any more pension funds I wouldn't look anywhere else for this service. 100% recommended.”

“The service and support that I received from Kay were exceptional. She handled the transfer of my private and work pensions into a drawdown policy with the company providing the best returns efficiently and professionally and keeping me informed of its progress every week. This was a lengthy and frustrating process, as the work pension department was not as efficient in transferring the funds, putting paperwork obstacles in the way, which took a simple task months and months. In the end, we got there and I cannot thank Kay enough for the time and patience she put into getting me my pension funds sorted. I would recommend The Retirement Desk with no hesitation.”

“As Annuity's are at a reasonable high levels, I thought it would be wise to utilise my savings. Guaranteeing an income for life. I looked and enquired for a couple of weeks without any success. So many Insurance companies no longer provide a Purchased Life Annuity. I had given up when I received a call from Kay Martin of The Retirement Desk. Their help and assistance was clear , concise and a annuity quote was obtained in a very short time. I am very pleased with the outcome, feeling more secure for my financial security.
