“Being a complete novice at anything like this, I was very glad to discover the Retirement Desk. From my initial enquiry where I spoke to Wendy, who explained everything clearly and concisely, to my dealings with Lisa when finally deciding to use the service, it has been an absolute pleasure. Lisa made sure that I was up to speed at every step of the way, always making sure I understood before ending the call, and her text messages for minor issues were very very welcome. “I dealt with Kay at the Retirement Desk when deciding what to do with a small works pension when I retired. She was very helpful in helping me understand my options, including providing guidance on an option I hadn't previously considered. She dealt efficiently with the process and kept me appraised on progress as it went through. I'd certainly recommend them to others.”

“I was dreading trying to sort out my pension details especially getting an annuity, thinking that it would be a long drawn out process with lots of paper work being sent to and fro, how wrong could I have been. I called Retirement Desk and spoke to a very nice and pleasant person Lisa O,Beirne, who has been nothing but helpful from initial enquiry to completion which has been very smooth and stress free, I found the fact that if I called retirement desk it was direct through to the person I was dealing with and if Lisa was away from office and I left a message Lisa always called back. I cannot praise Retirement Desk and especially Lisa enough for what they have done for me”

“We were recommended this company by a friend as we were having a very difficult time finding a suitable company to deal with our particular circumstance. Our contact Wendy, listened to our situation, assured us she could help. Good to her word she found a solution, clarified everything and promptly went off and set everything up. “It can be difficult and confusing making decisions around pensions. I collected quotes from a number of companies before opting for the Retirement Desk. I liked that they produced the best rate and that their charges were very clear. I also liked that, unlike some of the other companies offering this service, they were not pushy. Once I had taken the decision to take up their offer, Lisa did a great job of handling the move. She kept me updated throughout the process. I am very happy to thoroughly endorse the Retirement Desk.”

“I recently had surgery followed by chemotherapy, due to the fatigue both mental and physical which comes with the treatment I did not have the energy to understand fully all my pension options nor do battle with the paperwork and searches of various pension providers that would normally ensue. I contacted The Retirement Desk (after checking it was a legitimate company), within a few hours Kay Martin called from the Company and we discussed what my options were. Kay then went away to obtain quotes from various pension providers, the quotes covered the options I was interested in finding out about (an Annuity and time linked drawdown). With this information I felt I could make an informed decision; I then chose the pension provider which gave me the best return on the available funds. Kay obtained and completed much of the paperwork, just needed some additional information and a few signatures from myself. There was no obligation to continue at any point. I was extremely happy with the service and would advise using this company to anyone who wanted to get the best return on their investment and a hassle free pension.”
