“I can't say enough about how well my pension policy was handled by Kay at the Retirement Desk. Like most, I was quite at a loss with my options, especially as I had several smaller policies to manage and consolidate. When I contacted Kay, she helped me, in quick order, to understand my options and opportunities, whilst not being demanding or pushy. Once I had identified the plan best suited for me, she gave me weekly updates on progress and generally set my mind at ease. It became a very pleasant experience!”

“I had spoken to three other companies ,rIncluding my two pension providers(Pru and Royal London). Lisa O'Beirne laid everything out perfectly for me and the figures I was given were much clearer than the other companies. After a bit more delving,I decided that the clarity your company gave me swung It. Excellent service. Thank you.”

“Great service from Kay and Lisa, they both kept me informed throughout the whole process , I would highly recommend using them. We had to combine three pension pots from two well known providers, to one endowment provider. Due to my circumstances I wanted a five fixed term with a guaranteed residual value. Dealing with the retirement desk was extremely easy, and straight forward.”

“Simply put, the service from The Retirement Desk and especially Kay was exceptional. An uphill struggle pulling together my various pension pots but at no time did Kay falter and pushed one of my providers and won! Can't recommend enough, don't try and do this on your own you'll loose more years off your life in stress. Even if you do succeed you will be no better off so let The Retirement Desk do the donkey work you won't regret it.”

“Thanks to Lisa she helped me sort out my 2 pension .Not pushy her guidance and knowledge was a great help . I got quotes from 4 pension providers the retirement desk being the best ( the other 3 all big name providers) it had been on my mind what to do for the last 18 months but thanks to Lisa she sorted it out for me . “I spoke to Kay MARTIN. Kay is very down to earth and answers questions in a common sense way of understanding. I could speak with her any time when free or would get straight back to me. I feel Kay is an asset to the company and would recommend them. My pension was sorted out, after Kay explained all of the different ways I could take it, very efficiently! Excellently dealt with!”

“Nothing was too much trouble for Lisa. Having two pensions to combine one of which made life difficult with complicated forms. Lisa guided me through the forms and made it easy for me. All through the process she kept me updated on progress also chasing up where required. Overall an excellent service. Thank you Lisa”
