“All keys work, however, some are fiddly to operate. Comparing cut of replacement keys to originals all 3 patterns purchased vary in cut to an extent that made me doubtful they would work. Maybe why they dome jiggling to operate.”

“Unfortunatly none of the keys work. **UPDATE** New keys were provided and posted out promptly which do work. I think my frustration was that I wasnt recieving any corrispondance as there emails were blocked for some reason on my work email. Once I provided my personal email, things were eventually resolved. Thank you”

“Sent in a photo of the key I wanted a spare for to see if they could identify and make me one. They did identify it and made me a copy as requested and posted it to me, this was all done within a week, good service. Only niggle was the key was bit tight in lock at first but freed off after a few uses.”

“Hi . I purchased one key a short while ago which had it`s own seriel number stamped on the key . A while later i had to have 4 more of the same keys so i purchased 4 more keys ... probelm was when i received them none of the 4 new keys had the seriel number on . This means that i can`t get any additional keys ... i wanted the same as my first key to solve this problem . Please can some one from Replacementkeys organise 4 more keys and this time to include the seriel number on each key the very same as my first purchase . Many thanks .... Robin”
