“Keys arrived quickly but were wrong and I had to wrestle it back out of the lock in a brand new door. Upon closer inspection it wasn’t cut properly and I ordered the keys using the code supplied with a brand new door and lock. No phone number to call on the site so I’ve sent an e-mail but who knows if I’ll get a refund for the three useless keys. I’ll go to a local locksmith which is what I should have done in the first place”

“Customer service pleasant and responsive but my 2 Ultion style keys did not fit my lock and their advice to oil it was incorrect. I took the keys to a local hardware store ( who I didn’t realise did Ultion) and they needed to be smoothed in the machine as had too many jagged edges. They fit perfectly then ! If I had gone there in the first place I would have saved myself time, money and hassle.”

“They Cut my keys wrong so I then had to pay extortionate price to get an emergency locksmith out as I had tenants moving in and are ignoring my request for a refund and are instead sending out keys for a lock that is now redundant!”

“Avoid! Terrible service they sent the wrong size key emailed back and forth to get a replacement sent virtually the same key again both times too wide to even get in the lock, refused to give me a refund when I'd had enough until I wrote this review, have yet to receive, wasted time and money.”

“Half of the keys ordered didn't work. Customer service was extremely unhelpful as they can only offer a refund, which is not much use as I need keys that actually work.”

“Paid for keys and they sent one that doesn’t fit. They then said they cannot actually cut that key and that if we want a refund we would have to send the key back to them which we would have to pay for. Absolute joke”
