“Whilst not an expert it appears that the metal used is somewhat 'flimsier', less stronger, than other 'original' keys. I hope this does not become a problem. Otherwise, a speedy service. Thank you”

“Prehaps firstly I should comment on the delivery. I received my keys in under 24 hours, great service. Unfortunately I had ordered two different keys but all were cut the same. On contacting Replacement Keys there was a bit of email ping-pong and I had to submit photos of all the keys despite completing the order form as required. It took a couple of days and once the problem was understood I recieved the remainder of the keys a couple of days later. Overall I'm not unhappy and hopefully the company will look a little closer at the orders before cutting the keys in the future. I would still recommend them, the keys all worked perfectly once I had the correct ones.”

“Website was very easy to use. I found the key range I needed straight away. Fast and efficient service I received my keys by standard delivery within a couple of days. Keys worked perfectly so really pleased. Would highly recommend as better value for money than Timpsons who didn't even have the key type and we're upselling before they even checked their stock.”
