“Original keys sent didn't work, photo sent of original + copy. New keys sent... all good!! Super fast delivery on both sets. Would recommend highly and will use again myself.”

“Unfortunately the one they supplied using the key number as reference didn't work however I contacted them and they promptly replied and asked if I could send a photo of the original pattern key and the one that was at fault, they sent me another key that was an exact copy of the original and it worked perfectly, they emailed me and asked if I was happy with their product-which I was, hence the 5 star rating, Thank you.”

“I run an After School Club and one Friday I came to use our cupboard and the door was broken, bear with me, you need the back story, the cartaker managed to find us another old cupboard from the boiler room (Triumph) which had no keys. I have previously used 'Replacementkeys' so emailed them straight away on Saturday morning with a picture of the lock and the logo of the make/model. To my suprise I received an email on Sunday with a direct link to the keys I needed to purchase. I placed my order there and then. The keys arrived on Tuesday morning. I would highly recommend Replacementkeys and the team were super helpful and responsive. 10 stars. Thanks again guys.”

“didn't have the code my brothers house really didn't want to change the locks as they are secure sent a photo they were able to replace the original keys so I'm not worried about how secure his house for lettings.”
