“I can't talk highly enough of Replacement Keys Ltd. I placed an order for 4x Yale Platinum 3 Star keys based on the codes that came with the cylinder. When I received the keys, they wouldn't open the cylinder so I queried this. I sent photos of the keys and key fob, and it turned out the code supplied by Yale was incorrect. As a gesture of good will they have offered to replace the keys free of charge (even though the issue was not of their making). Excellent customer service in the unlikely event that things go wrong..”

“Ordered 2 keys for a cupboard and arrived next day, but only one fitted so emailed them and with no hassle a new one was sent next day. If something is not up to the job its how the company deals with it, 5 stars for delivery and 5 stars for service. Dave G”
