While The company was fine to work with it seems their couriers were not able to deliver and it seems the carpet “ got lost in transit”” I guess a company should be judged on their performance and as such I can’t recommend Remland. I had to cancel as could not be bothered with any more excuses. I think this is a fair comment.

We ordered a sample and it has never arrived. The vinyl was not delivered on the day it was promised to be delivered. It arrived on the second occassion. On the positive side the price was good.

Made an order- no response about delivery so telephoned company.Was informed it would arrive within 48 hours.No other notification. Then got an email from DX Express with delivery date.Order didnt arrive and made 3 further calls to Remland.Quite a rude response so we asked for delivery payment to be refunded.Order arrived one week late! Bad communication and DX Express were terrible.

Very disappointed with the delivery. One of the bars had a large mark on it but because we needed it we had to sand it down and refinish to allow us to fit. I've bought these previously and they also had damage, only keep buying them as I need to match the first set I bought. These are quite expensive and the delivery charge is extremely expensive, would not buy from this company again.

Cost was competitive and delivered on time however the grey coloured choir mat I ordered was delivered as a brown mat. Not too happy.

Received vlnyl flooring and it was 200mm short of the 3m length I ordered! Complained and got a whooping £20 refund! That didn’t even cover costs of complaining!

Not received flooring Vinyl yet. Was promised to del 10 days from order (30.7.22). One email said it had been duspatched 10.8.22 and 2nd email said it would be here before 23.8.22. I will comment when it eventually arrives.

My order took ages to come then wasn't delivered when stated on courier email. I contacted Relmland ,once they looked into it said it was broken in transit and sent out next day. Overall good service , shame I had to chase it up to find out where it was.....

I was told by Remland that my order would be delivered on a certain day. I had a fitter standing by from lunchtime, which cost me £100 for his time, but no delivery. I rang Remland and was told if it wasn't delivered by the Friday it would be the following Monday. It didn't arrive on either date. It eventually arrived on the following Wednesday, 10 days after the original delivery date. As this was coming from Belgium I do understand that Remland have to go by what they say, but that did not compensate for the money I had to spend waiting for the delivery. Not sure I would order from them again.

Carpet was left on fronts in the rain. Driver didn't phone or attempt to cover it. Driver was from Tuffnells.

Ordered flooring for my kitchen and had heard nothing after 2 weeks. I emailed the customer services team who were really apologetic and gave me an estimated delivery date. This date came and I had still not received my item. I emailed again to find out it had been damaged in transit. Again the customer service team apologised and got it sent out on the overnight delivery service and the flooring arrived within 2 days as promised. The only downfall is that it went to my billing address and not the delivery address, which are not close to each other so I had to try and move a very large piece of vinyl flooring which was a huge inconvenience.

Disappointing service and Remland need to improve their communication with their customers. My order was delayed, and I was not made aware of the fact, then a further delay by their delivery company ment that I waited a whole day at home for a delivery that eventually come the next day, again I was not kept up to date by Remland. The product was fine and as expected but the delivery was badly managed.

I ordered Vinyl flooring on the 21st July ,expected up to 7 days for delivery ,had a text on the 27th July to say delayed until 4th August ,rang on the 30th July and cancelled the order,I was told refund would be processed .Rang on the 6th August to check where money was ,It’s being processed today 1 week after cancelling order ,still waiting for my refund 5 days later ,wouldn’t recommend .,2 weeks for a refund is unacceptable .

I ordered and paid for a roll-end of commercial grade vinyl on the 17th May and received the standard "thank you for your order" email. I followed up on the 19th to inquire as to the rough delivery date and was advised it would be with me by the end of the week i.e. 21st / 22nd. On the 20th I got an email to say the order was being processed, so far so ok. On the morning of Monday 24th I got an email to say they were "still working hard on my order" - a week after ordering - I replied to ask if the order was going to arrive at all and could I please have a delivery date. At the end of the day I received another email advising that the roll was faulty and could not be shipped but that there were some other alternatives. As I now had no time to start re-researching the internet I chose one of the alternatives, unfortunately with a wear-layer less than half the thickness and nowhere near the quality of the original ordered. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience - to have to wait for a week just to be told they can't deliver is absolutely shocking.
