Not good! Poor material, ordered a sample that was glossy and then made a purchase it was totally different no gloss at all. No clicking mechanism waste of money an poor service. Many of them are bent would not recommend.

Order delayed, lack of information and had to chase three times. No call back and promised a refund for delivery which again I’ve chased twice and not seen. Totally disappointed in service!

This is the worst flooring I've ever had the misfortune to experience. There were no laying instructions and thinking it was proper lino, my floor layer laid it as such. Now it seems to have expanded and it's lifting in some places. I'm very dissappointed with it and of course Remland Carpets won't take any responsibility for the problems. I would not have given a single star if I could.

When our flooring was delivered, it was completely the wrong colour to what was on the website. We returned the flooring at quite a large cost of doing so. Friendly staff when dealing with the return we must say.

Was delivered to wrong address. Had to go and get it and floor was damaged. As I didn’t sign for it and open it at the door which would be impossible anyway as it’s 5 metres x 4. Disappointing. Will have to live with the dings and dents in the flooring.

Ordered a small piece of vinyl. Cost £16.95 for postage which was approximately 50% of the cost of the vinyl. Ridiculous. Still haven’t received it, no idea who the carrier is and no tracking details.

It took nearly 10 days to despatch the product and now we have to this ourselve because builder finished the job and left the building.

Hello, Thank you for your review. I am so sorry your order took longer than expected, we dispatched this within our delivery time frame. This was ordered on 09/01 and was delivered 17/01 - our delivery time frame for this order is 3-7 working days, this was delivered on the 6th working day. Apologies for any confusion.

I received part of my order promptly but I have not received the rest yet and I’ve emailed to ask about timings and I haven’t had a response.

I ordered 8.7m off of a 5m roll of carpet, the delivery advice noted that the carpet weighed a total of 90kg. When it arrived the delivery driver who was only a young lad couldn't even get it out of the van. My wife and I (both 70+) struggled to help him unload the carpet and get it into the house. In hindsight, I should have refused to accept the delivery. Whilst you didn't directly deliver the carpet I think it is your responsibility to ensure that your courier employs adequate levels of manpower for the consignment.

When I eventually get my order or an email telling me when my tiles are coming I may write a review. Very disappointed. I spoke to customer services on the 9th August who told me the tiles had arrived at the depot. It is now the 12th August and no more communication at all.

Im really not sure how they have so many good reviews ! My vinyl is terrible quality so thin i should of gone with online carpets who did my lounge ! Terrible quality !

Our order was NOT fulfilled by the date promised and we were then told that it would be another 3 months before it would arrive. This may or may not be the fault of Remland but they really need to update their customer care process as we received an e-mail a couple of days before the due delivery date to say that our order HAD been dispatched only to receive another one on the day the delivery was due to say that it hadn't been dispatched and the next possible due date would be it Jan 2023. We had planned a good deal of work in the room were the floor covering was to be going which will need to remain unfinished for a very long period. This is not a good way to keep customers or have they recommend Remland to others.

The flooring took longer to arrive than we thought- we had booked fitters to ensure a perfect finish. In fortunately when they and we unpacked the flooring there was a large deep gouge through the centre of the roll several layers deep. Fortunately the fitters were able to salvage a piece big enough for our bathroom, but our porch and utility room remain uncovered. Unfortunately on the afternoon of the fitting we had to leave home to be with my father in law who was dying so since then it’s all been pretty full on. Will happily send pictures, death certificate etc but we don’t feel paying for flooring we can’t use is fair. I look forward to your call. Thank you.

The vinyl flooring you purchased is made to order and states this in the product description. We rang and emailed you to ensure you were up to date with your order and to keep you posted. I do apologise for the waiting time but this was out of our control as the flooring is made to order. We have taken your feedback onboard and will use it to improve our operations in the future.

We ordered an 8.5m x 4m roll of luxury vinyl. The service and delivery was 5 star, though not sure how a lot of people would have been to have got the delivery to where they wanted it as it needs 2 people and there was only a single delivery driver. The reason for the 1 star is that I was short-changed. We only got 7.75m x 4m which meant we could not cut the roll up as we needed and had a lot of wastage. I sent an email asking for the money back for the 3 sq meters that we were short-changed (ignoring that we lost several more square meters wastage because we couldn't cut it as we wanted). The company didn't have the courtesy to reply to my email (nearly 2 weeks now), which is disgusting, given that they are at fault. I strongly suggest you measure the full length before cutting it if you can. We didn't have that luxury as we didn't have a space to roll it out fully. Maybe they will reply now I have had to give this review.
