“easy to order, very promt delivery. Was realy well wrapped. The delivery man was polite and so helpful,putting it just where i asked. Had a little look at it and it looks lovely. Still have not got it laid on kitchen floor but that will soon be done. Ordrered it early did not think it would be such great promt service. I send a great big THANK YOU.”

“Was delivered to wrong address. Had to go and get it and floor was damaged. As I didn’t sign for it and open it at the door which would be impossible anyway as it’s 5 metres x 4. Disappointing. Will have to live with the dings and dents in the flooring.”

“The matting is fine does what it should do. Requests for samples came very quick so knew what I was getting- it is not the thickest of entrance mats but it works for me. And cleans up well with a quick vacuum. If I had one issue it would be the very expensive postage. When ordering, I thought it might be so high because of weight but the roll of matting was actually quite light so perhaps they could look at getting a cheaper carrier.”
