“I work for a company that complete the maintenance of a few well known shops... the live chat on the website was so helpful and get us a match in seconds. they said 4-5 day to send out. the tiles was with us in 2 days. amazing!”

Hello, Thank you for your review. I am so sorry your order took longer than expected, we dispatched this within our delivery time frame. This was ordered on 09/01 and was delivered 17/01 - our delivery time frame for this order is 3-7 working days, this was delivered on the 6th working day. Apologies for any confusion.

“Quick efficient delivery. Have not fully put the tiles down yet. We are still renovating our room. Put 2 tiles down to test the colour and quality of the carpet tiles. Very pleased with what we have seen so far. Would order again from this company”

“The online site is easy to negotiate and the dialogue with the team on the phone was without issue. There were some delivery issues from my end and the online team were friendly and helpful on the phone rearranging the delivery with no fuss or issue. Very friendly with excellent service in a medium I was comfortable with.”

“We had to empty and throw out everything in our bedroom. In the meantime we slept on the floor in another room. We are elderly and this wasn't ideal. My husband was a decorator, but it takes him a long time now due to disability. There was a slight delay with the carpet tiles.Marie chased them up.Now we are delighted .The carpets tiles are a perfect colour and go well with our new bedroom makeover. They look great.”
