“Remland is one of those companies that is real 'find' and never let you down. This time we bought some Flotex from them and they kindly stored it for several weeks and delivered it on the exact day we needed it. If you've never heard of Flotex (and a lot of people don't seem to know what it is), I can say it's fabulous. Not that I'm lazy or anything but put Flotex in your kitchen and you can go weeks without hoovering it! The dirt doesn't show and you'll save months of your life not having to clean tiles every five minutes. We had Flotex in our previous property and after 7 years in the kitchen it looked as new the day we left as when we arrived. So all in all, Remland is a super company, very efficient and professional with great staff.”

“I ordered 8.7m off of a 5m roll of carpet, the delivery advice noted that the carpet weighed a total of 90kg. When it arrived the delivery driver who was only a young lad couldn't even get it out of the van. My wife and I (both 70+) struggled to help him unload the carpet and get it into the house. In hindsight, I should have refused to accept the delivery. Whilst you didn't directly deliver the carpet I think it is your responsibility to ensure that your courier employs adequate levels of manpower for the consignment.”

“Made an order- no response about delivery so telephoned company.Was informed it would arrive within 48 hours.No other notification. Then got an email from DX Express with delivery date.Order didnt arrive and made 3 further calls to Remland.Quite a rude response so we asked for delivery payment to be refunded.Order arrived one week late! Bad communication and DX Express were terrible.”
